How does the release process
work on our Label "Stampf Records"?
1. Read the label release conditions
Make sure all conditions are met! You can find our label release conditions here.
2. Submit demo tracks
Send us your tracks with all relevant information, including track titles, artist names, BPM of each track, and the title of the EP / album... via email.
Demo tracks can also be submitted via a private SoundCloud link!
3. 3. Provide relevant data
If we approve your demo tracks for release on our label, send us all the necessary information about you that we need for the release as well as for the licensing agreement.
4. Read and sign the licensing agreement
You will receive a licensing agreement (PDF) from us. Read it carefully and send it back signed.
5. Mastering music (if unmastered)
If the demo tracks are not mastered (and do not exceed -6dB), we will handle the mastering. In this case, you will receive a preview for listening via a private SoundCloud link.
6. Cover design
We will create a cover with all the correct information about the music that visually matches our style. If needed, we will send it to you.
7. Notification of pre-order / release date
You can find all information about your upcoming release in our release plan.
This can be accessed at any time if you have a user account.
Additionally, this information will be shared via email or other communication channels.
8. Promotion
We will start promoting the pre-sale on Beatport and the worldwide release!
For this, we use our website and various social media platforms.
